RE: www.CrossFitLA.com
"For starters, you guys have set the pages up well. There is a good balance
between photos and text; it is easy on the eyes. Beyond the artistic presentation,
I turn to your page because of the great mix of exercises on the WOD. You keep
it exciting; I always look forward to seeing what is up for
the day.
Your links are good, your videos are good........dot , dot, dot.
Can you tell I like your site?"

"I checked out your website and
was really impressed - first with your work, and then how it is represented,
and with the
layout. The simplicity seems so rare - I felt like I wasn't
even on the computer. The site and the work have so much unity."
I really like the way you work. For the first time in 10
years I am having fun working with a designer!

"Everyone loves the site!”

Otto,
I can’t thank you enough for your website design. Had
I known what a difference it would make to our business I’d
have done ANYTHING to get to you sooner.
It’s been six months now and the compliments, attention,
traffic, and commerce continue to grow. We know it’s your
site design that’s made the difference because our program
and content remain as they had for years.
My first word of advice to our affiliate programs is “call
Otto first!”

Since my website was posted in June 2002, there
have been a number of positive benefits.
In addition to enabling me to show new work to former clients, both new
clients and gallery staff who are curious about my work have been able
to download information, resulting in both commissions and inclusion in
gallery programs.
This fall, I condensed portions of the website onto CD in order
to create an inexpensive, easily mailable portfolio. I took copies
of
the CD with
me on a recent trip to Europe—a stack of 'portfolios' fit
in a small folder! Slides were never this easy!
The website has been really useful when people ask me what it is I do...I
simply give them the url. My artwork is subtle and difficult to reproduce
but from the feedback that I've received, people are able to obtain a
really good sense of the work and they've also been very excited about
the 'look and feel' of the site. I'm really happy to have this online
exposure: another medium for reaching my audience.

otto lejeune design consulting's
design approach is as follows:
each project is a unique situation;
each has their own needs and desires; each requires fresh vigour and thought;
and each requires individual, special attention to produce solutions that
work.
The start of the project is understanding
everyone's needs, the final products intended (and potential bonus) uses,
and how it all works best for the client.
Then we follow through and provide a solution that works.
