X Minus 1, Episode 11 "The Veldt" is one of Ray Bradbury's most chilling short stories retold. This story is adapted wonderfully from it's print version and retells very well by the narrator. Classic Bradbury told in a poetic style that came through so well in radio.

Definitely one of my favorite episodes. Captures the dichotomy of children's openess to go along with the inexplicable and the dangerous and the horror manifested by parents in the face of the same. Excellent rendering for early radio drama.
