This is good science fiction, you know it can't be true but the presentation is such that you just start to consider... The set-up is extraordinary, even for Ray Bradbury... Thank you for making these available. The radio format allows the mind to envision within personal knowledge unencumbered by outdated video effects.

I just heard the same story staged on the Escape radio show some five years earlier than X-1. Their interpretation was not as Navy-sounding as X-1, but equally well done and very interesting.
